The parts catalogue

Parts in the header opens the public catalogue — every published component, with to-scale thumbnails or product photos. Filter by category chips (batteries, solar, inverters, busbars & protection, DC/loads, AC/mains, terminals & lugs, other) or search by name, model or category. The same catalogue powers the editor's component palette.

Part detail pages

Each part page shows its category, name and model, an indicative price, real dimensions in millimetres, its electrical specifications, and a terminals table listing every terminal's name, polarity/type and connection method (ring, stud, MC4 and so on) with accepted wire sizes. A Datasheet link goes to the manufacturer document where one is on file.

A Buy button lists retailer links. Some are affiliate links — a disclosure is shown when they are — and prices are indicative for budgeting, not quotes. Discontinued parts carry a banner and, where known, a pointer to the suggested replacement.

Submitting a part

Signed in, Add a part in the header opens the submission form. You can prefill it by pasting a product-page URL and letting the app extract what it can, then correct and complete the details: name, model and category, dimensions, terminals, electrical specs, typical consumption, price and datasheet URL.

Your submission is saved as a private draft you can use in your own designs immediately. It becomes visible to everyone only after a reviewer approves it, so take care with dimensions — they come from manufacturer data, and the whole app renders to scale.
